Nothing says spring like color. Choose your favorites, or stick with the classic greens, yellows, whites, and blues. Or you can go with pastel colors over the vibrant and bright hues. Use this color palette to create an entry to warmly welcome the new season and your visitors. Hang a spring wreath on your door, place pots of flowers on either side, and add a new welcome mat. All these accessories can work together to brighten your day when you return home.

Spring cleaning has several benefits, and it’s the perfect time to declutter your home. Take any unwanted items in good shape to your local donation center or host a yard sale, and try to get your neighbors involved. Another excuse to get outside with your friends and neighbors!

Speaking of decluttering and yard sales, Columbia Town Center is hosting a community Yard Sale in the Park. The event is open to Town Center residents only and will be held on March 30th from 9 am – 12 pm (rain date: April 4th). The yard sale will be held at 5440 Vantage Point Park, Columbia, MD. Spring Concerts at St. Louis Church
Join the St. Louis Church Concert Series and the Columbia Orchestra as they celebrate the third year of their alliance and the beauty of the season for The Glory of Spring Concert on April 28th, 2024, at 4:30 pm in the St. Louis Church, 12500 Clarksville Pike. The St. Louis Church Concert Series offers free and low-cost concerts. They present a wide variety of musical genres, such as classical, jazz, Americana, Latin rhythms, opera, or Broadway.
