Lyn Locke

Executive Director and Village Manager

Lyn graduated from the University of Maryland with an MBA degree in Marketing and Human Resources Management. He joined the Town Center Community Association in July 2020 as its Executive Director and Village Manager for Town Center. He was a prior marketing director for 4,000+ hotels with Choice Hotels International, CEO of a travel advertising company, SVP of a travel agency management company and worked as director of sales and marketing for individual hotels in major markets. Lyn enjoys serving the community, travel, attending Maryland Terps games and hiking and biking. He can not cook but can follow a recipe!!!

Lori Tracy

Town Center Community Association/Historic Oakland's Facility Manager

Lori Tracy is Town Center Community Association/Historic Oakland’s Facility Manager. Lori has worked for TCCA/HO for almost 6 years. Prior to working for us, Lori managed and sold at an event venue in Clarksville, MD for 7 years. Her background includes facility management, human resources, training, sales and staff management.

LaTasha Fisher

Facility Coordinator

A graduate of The College of Notre Dame of Maryland, with a degree in Communications, LaTasha joined the Historic Oakland family in 2014 as a Facility Assistant, later earning the role of Facility Coordinator. Not only does LaTasha work directly with clients to coordinate their events at the Manor House, but she also coordinates Oakland’s annual Wedding & Events Showcase. LaTasha is a super fan of Alanis Morissette and when she is not working, she enjoys relaxing at home, spending time with her wife & their dog Tommy.

Kerri Ford

Community Events Coordinator

When not planning community events, you can find Kerri curled up with a good book and her two dogs or dancing in the kitchen while cooking dinner with her family.
