Get your baskets and chocolate ready! Columbia is eager to welcome the Easter Bunny with some great Easter celebrations throughout the state. Here is a list of egg hunts and more Easter events happening around the Howard County area. 

Spring Eggstravaganza for Tots

Enjoy tot-friendly activities throughout the indoor exhibits and the outdoor, paved trail (weather permitting). Participate in crafts, games, and spring sensory fun. Separate egg hunts for toddlers and children 4 years and up. See bunnies available for adoption through the Friends of Rabbits, a rescue organization. All adults and children 1 year of age or older must register to participate. 

For ages 1 year and up, $10 children; $7 adults; Free, under 1 year. This event will be held at the Robinson Nature Center on Saturday, March 28th, from 9 am to 2 pm.

2026 Easter Egg Hunt Eggstravaganza

All youth ages 3-12 in the St John Baptist Church and community are invited to the 2026 Easter Egg Hunt Eggstravaganza! The event will be held on Saturday, Apr 4, from 11 am to 2 pm. Adult tickets are free, and each youth ticket is $3. Click here to buy tickets.

  • For Ages 3-5: Easter egg hunt starts at 11:30 am
  • For Ages 6-8: Easter egg hunt starts at 11:45 am
  • For Ages 9-12: Easter egg hunt starts at 12:10 am

All-access fun for just $3 ($25 value). Includes:

  • Carnival rides
  • Tons of Easter Eggs
  • Pony rides
  • Petting zoo
  • Pics with the Easter Bunny
  • Live DJ
  • Plus food trucks on site

Egg Hunts Galore – Clark’s Elioak Farm

Clark’s Elioak Farm will be holding Easter egg hunts on both Saturday and Sunday, March 28-29 and April 4-5. The $8 per person admission fee for the farm applies, but there is no extra charge for the egg hunt. The petting farm, rides, and play areas are open for you to enjoy. When you are ready to participate in the egg hunt, come to the Egg Hunt area, and your child will line up with other children and pick up eggs. The eggs will then be turned in for a goodie bag. The first egg hunt each time will be for the 1-3-year-olds. Once they finish and turn in their eggs for the goodie bags, the 4-6-year-olds start their egg hunt.
