The Town Center Residential Community Association Board (TCCA) has filled all open Board seats as of May 21, 2026.

Requirements for Village Board:

• Must reside in Town Center as owner or lessor of residential property. Provide a copy of the lease showing your rental of an apartment, condo, town home or single-family home or provide copy of deed or address showing your ownership of home, condo, townhome in Town Center. Must be located on Town Center annexed property.
• Must not have any covenant violations.
• Must be your primary, permanent residence.

Notes:

Marlow is not located in Town Center as it is not located on ANNEXED property.  Therefore, residents of Marlow are not eligible to serve on the Town Center Board in any capacity.
