Town Center Village Board members are elected to two year terms by the members of the Town Center Community Association. The Village Board meets at Historic Oakland each month on the 2nd Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. The Architectural Committee meets on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, during the Village Board meeting. All residents are welcome.

Town Center Residential Community Association’s Village Board is seeking a Town Center resident to fill one vacancy due to a recent resignation. We need active members who are willing to attend monthly Board meetings and work at least ten hours per month in community service doing the work of the Board.
Must reside in Town Center as owner or lessor of residential property. Provide a copy of the lease showing your rental of an apartment, condo, town home or single family home or provide copy of deed or address showing your ownership of home, condo, townhome in Town Center.
Must be your primary residence.
Complete application submission deadline: January 20 at NOON.
Must make yourself available on February 8 at 7:00 PM for an in-person interview with the Board.
