Here are a few more reminders for the upcoming elections.
Are you interested in running for CA’s Board of Directors or your village board? Now is the time to make your voice heard. Getting involved in politics doesn’t have to be intimidating. You can help to bring about change and advocate for important issues, such as affordable housing, innovative development, expanding diversity initiatives, and more. The deadline for applications is Friday, July 11, 2025, by NOON EST, so make sure you get your documents ready in time. Here are a few more reminders for the upcoming elections.
What Do Board Members Do?
All board members are responsible for governing the community association’s activities. They must uphold the code set for them by the board and all applicable laws. The board determines how the Association conducts its mission through short—and long-term planning and oversight. To learn more about the duties and responsibilities of board members, click here.
How to Apply
If you are interested in applying for the position, please complete the application here: TCCA Village Board Application July 11 2025.
Requirements for Village Board:
- Must reside in Town Center as owner or lessor of residential property. Provide a copy of the lease showing your rental of an apartment, condo, town home, or single-family home, or provide a copy of the deed or address showing your ownership of a home, condo, or townhome in Town Center. It must be located on the Town Center annexed property.
- Must be your primary, permanent residence.
- The deadline for the completion of the application submission is July 11 at noon EST. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
- You must be available on Wednesday, August 13, at 7:15 PM for in-person candidate interviews by the Town Center Board, followed by a vote.
Notes:
- Marlow is not located in Town Center as it is not located on ANNEXED property. Therefore, residents are not eligible to serve on the Board.
- Another Board position will open on August 10, 2025.
