The manor and tented patio will be buzzing with over 60 vendors, including caterers, photographers, florists, makeup artists, event planners, DJ’s, decorators, hotels, rental experts, and attire specialists—everything you need under one roof to execute your perfect event!

Historic Oakland is honored to have so many returning vendors year after year. As always, we want to offer early-bird pricing to our valued vendors! Click here for vendor registration.
The vendor registration fee includes:
- One 8’x8’ booth space, a 6’ long table & 1 banquet chair. Please bring your own table linen. All tables will be provided. For the sake of spacing and accommodating all vendors fairly, vendors are not permitted to bring their own tables.
- A listing in the showcase booklet that all guests in attendance will receive upon arrival.
- All vendors will be featured on our Resource List, Oakland’s website, and to potential clients who come for a personal tour for a year!
- Vendor highlights on our social media pages leading up to the showcase.
Payment is due in full at the time of booth registration. No refunds will be given for vendor cancellation after March 31, 2025. If vendors must cancel prior to March 31, 2025, a $25.00 administration fee will be retained. We prefer payment via credit card. However, if payment is made via check, payment must be received within seven business days before your registration is cancelled.
Historic Oakland decides where vendors will set up shop. Booths are set up on the main level, the second floor, and the outside tented area. We are happy to announce that over the winter, we installed an elevator! Vendors will have a much easier load-in on the upper level. All guests who attend will be able to enjoy all the vendors!
