Notice: The Town Center Board of Directors has three open positions for Village Board up for election. Positions start May 1, 2026, and run through April 30, 2028. The Columbia Council seat is up for election this year for a two-year term starting May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2028.
All villages have different election procedures as independent corporations just like we have 50 states in the USA with different voting procedures.
Now is the time to get involved with your community! Your ideas and passion will help to improve the quality of life in Town Center and enrich the experiences of all residents. Getting involved helps to bring about change as we advocate for the areas of most importance such as affordable housing, tasteful and imaginative development, expanding diversity initiatives, protecting water quality, maintaining safe roadways and neighborhoods, assisting the arts community and maintaining our award-winning school system.
The Town Center Residential Community Association (TCCA) Village Board has three positions up for election this year and the Columbia Council seat. The term begins May 1, 2026 and ends April 30, 2028. You must be a resident of Town Center living in a Town Center annexed area/property to run for election to the Board and must not have any current covenant violations. Submit your application on-time and let us know why you would be a good candidate.
Marlow is not YET an annexed property in Town Center by Howard Hughes Corporation, Columbia Association and the Town Center Community Association and hence can not serve on the Town Center Village Board.
